Most of the law covering bankruptcy is in the Bankruptcy Act, 1988. The practices and procedures are contained in the rules of the Superior Courts statutory instrument No. 79 of 1989, whihc also contains the forms used in bankruptcy applications. Bankruptcy applications should be filed in the Examiners Offices.
